The competition
The competition winner will be the school which submits the most creative fundraising idea. What do we mean by creative? Something inventive that goes the extra mile. A non school uniform day is always a great way to raise money, but what about introducing an environmental theme for your fundraiser? Everyone could wear green or clothing with a wildlife theme. Once you have finished fundraising fill out our entry form below and your school will be in the running to win a talk from Everest summiteer and professional speaker Nick Hollis.
Think Green
We would be grateful if you could organise an environmentally friendly fundraiser. Try not to produce any unnecessary waste, encourage people to purchase unnecessary items or use too much private transportation for your fundraiser. Any ideas which have a positive impact on the environment like recycling, re-using or reducing are fantastic. Taking care of the environment during your fundraise will help to send the right message to everyone involved, together we can care for our planet.
Nick Hollis
The school with the most creative fundraiser will win a talk from Nick Hollis, an international mountaineer who has set out on 721 Challenge: a world record attempt to climb the Seven Summits, ski the North and South Poles and row the Atlantic Ocean in record speed. Not only will Nick talk about his expeditions around the world including his summit of Mt. Everest in 2019, he will also talk about his first-hand experience witnessing our impact on the natural world. Nick Hollis is a professional speaker, he gives talks to companies, sports teams and schools about his expeditions and experience managing extreme survival situations. Your school will get a tailored talk including information about the nature reserve you\'ll be helping to create!
